General Terms and Conditions
- Item Colors; Although we try to do our best to give the original color of the items, few colors may seem slightly different on photos. This is also because of different screen characteristics of computer monitors.
- Payments; Items are shipped after payment is fully received for the order. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, and wire/bank transfer.
- Dispatch Time; Orders are shipped within three working day (mostly on the same day) after the payment is received for the order. We are closed on Sundays, and Saturday afternoon, and during national holidays.
- Origin of Shipments; We are located in Hungary, and items are shipped from Hungary, Budapest.
- Shipping Options; Express and regular registered mail shipping options are available. If regular registered mail option is selected for the order, we ship items via regular mail, and shipment is delivered via the official postal system of destination country. For express shipment, several options are available with variable cost and delivery times. In order for your order to be delivered as fast as possible please enter your address as clear as possible, as well as a valid phone number must be given. Please do not enter P.O. Box address for this option.
- Customs Fees & Duties; We do not face with customs problem in most of our transactions, and orders do not subject to customs fees and duties because of orders’ value and goods are able to move freely between EU member states with no checks and no customs formalities. However, please be advised that we are not responsible for, nor are we involved in the setting of any extra charges for customs or brokerage fees.
- Examination of Goods; The customer shall inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt for its completeness. Should the merchandise be visibly damaged as a result of the delivery, the transport company on the premises should record this. Complaints about incomplete or incorrect delivery or apparent defects must be immediately mail to TROY PET SHOP (info@troypetshop.com).
- Guarantee against Defects; If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, the wrong color or the wrong product, please write an e-mail (info@troypetshop.com)to us within 14 days of receiving the item and describe the issue, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. We can either issue a full refund to you, or another identical or similar items will be shipped to you upon your decision.
- Right of Revocation; The customer has the right of revocation within 14 days after delivery of the goods. If you are unhappy with the purchase because of any reason including the color of the item, we can issue a refund for the cost of the item. But in this option original and return shipment is non-refundable, the buyer is responsible for the cost of the shipments. Please enclose a payment slip or indicate your bank or post office details for payment with the returned goods. Returns are to be sent to our address and with sufficient packing quality. This is best ensured by using packaging similar to ours. Risk of loss during return shipping is borne by the customer.
In case of differences between the English and other language versions of the Terms Conditions, the English version will always apply.
